I am back from Florida! I went to Sea World, Epcot, and Universal Studios. Many stupid and annoying extroverts vacation at these places. However, I recommend Epcot over the other two simply because it seems to be like an introverted theme park. It was quite interesting and bizarre… I had more annoying flight problems today. It seems that some computer problem caused flights to be delayed at the airport. They said everything was OK then delayed my flight for 40 minutes. Of course, I had to catch a connecting flight 41 minutes after my plane landed. Instead of arriving on time to catch the connecting flight, I arrived 45 minutes after it left because we sat on the runway for a long time and had to drive all over the stupid runway with 15 other planes for no apparent reason. Then we were number 5000 to take off.
I arrived in Tallahassee and the connecting flight had left long ago so I had to sit and wait for a few hours but fortunately, I was able to get back to Atlanta. I made the mistake of asking my mother to pick me up at the airport. Instead of pulling up to the front of the airport, she decides to come in and find me. Yeah, that is a great idea, come find me in a room full of a thousand people! Then she was mad that I did not use the airport terminal train because she said walking was dangerous. Since when? Moving on… I then found my luggage on the carousel with about 20 other flights pouring into the carousel. I decided to stand on the edge of the carousel to pick up my 78 lb piece of luggage, which Delta charged me $27 because it was over the 50 lb weight limit. Boohoo. When my mother finally located me, we then proceeded to walk to the parked car. She forgot where she parked so I had to try to stifle her irrational behavior to figure out where she parked. One hour later, we finally found the car. This was after I carried my 78 lb piece of luggage up four flights of stairs, fun! I did have a wonderful time in Florida though. It was extremely fun and interesting. ![]()
