No one could find him and then he just showed up completely drenched in water. I think I would have asked some questions since they were at the aquarium and he was soaking wet when it had not been raining... The aquarium is supposed to be very child-friendly but it is really scary to think that any child could just hop into a tank drown. Some of the exhibits are very dangerous. At least the kid was not hurt... Being wet, muddy, disheveled, unkempt, etc. is probably his daily state of being. With all the tattlers out there, I am surprised that no one found out about the penguin in the pack.
