I find mine invaluable when doing things involving dust and such. Like vacuuming for one. I also found it very helpful when I was removing the previous owner's crappy DIY tint job on my car. Yes power steam is safe, but the stink from the glue probably isn't. If you're going to stay in your office, do like the Department of Homeland Defense says, plastic sheets and duct-tape around the door frame. I was told they would be doing "appropriate cleaining" after they scraped and prepped for painting - we will see. I am not so sure that staying at a Hilo hotel is any better than staying in a lead paint chip debris infested area. At least I have the a/c in my office so I can keep myself on a seperate air supply... We will definitely seal up rooms we are not using.
