Stock Market

I seriously wish the stock market would stop plunging into oblivion. I am not *really* worried in the long-term but the short term loss is astounding. I am probably just being hyper-sensitive since the center of my homepage shows how we are doing in the market and also the top of my browser follows the stocks we are invested in currently. At least it has not stopped being fun…

On a positive note, the stock market being at such low rates means that my 401k will flourish on the rebound. Low rates means cheap chares, means big profits when the market comes back to life.
Just hope the interest rates stay relatively low when it comes time for us to buy our house. We’re going to go drive around some houses I found online to see if we like the area.

That is true. I suppose it is just hard to see your stocks tank when you are mostly invested in the stock market.
