Yet another update…

Our new exercise bike just came in at Sears today. I just spent the last hour on it and it definitely beats getting hypothermia in the unheated pool or being eaten by a shark whilst swimming alone in the ocean. I will definitely be glad to see summer come around again so I can start swimming again without the threat of hypothermia! Hawaii is cold in winter - it was only 80 today! The pool must be 65 degrees though - it is covered and unheated. I am such a wimp.
I have been very busy trying to get things ready for my next show while also getting ready for tax season (first for the business then for us). Joy. Anyone else having anxiety about tax season nearing?
Brian bought a plethora of books while he was in California which necessitated the creation of another bookcase. Guests to our home will be relieved to hear that we did not put a third bookcase in the guest bedroom!
I am in the process of getting ready for another show coming up in February. I will be going to GA to visit family shortly thereafter…

Ok, so at least I’m not alone…I’m freezing too, and I’m sure it’s at least 75 in here! Brr! What happened to me!

I am glad I am not alone! It makes me glad I don’t live in Waimea anymore. When we lived there I swear it got into the 30s at night during January (at 3000 ft elevation) with wind speeds over 25 mph. It’s amazing after living here for a long time how you can get hot when it is 85 but be freezing when it is 75!
